http://www.detnews.com/article/20100405/BIZ/4050317/1040/Cloud-of-confusion-envelops-Michigan-smoking-ban

I am counting the days until the smoking ban goes into effect in Michigan.

We're smoke free in Scottsdale and our restaurants are always packed. Granted, you can still smoke outside, but you have to be 25 feet from the entrance...or something along those lines. Of course, I'm not sure many Michigan smokers are going to want to stand outside and smoke in February. Still, I think the benefits will far outweigh the risks.

We wnet Smoke Fre here in Iowa (everywhere except Nursing Homes, the VA, and Casinos HA figure that out) And it has been fantastic, outside smoking is allowed. and they can smoke on Patios If there isn't a bar or servers out there I think. It has been so nice to go bowling and not have to burn my clothes when I get home. Personally I think the bars look as full as ever to me. Plus now you can "sneak" a drink on the way home from work and almost et away with it now ;-)
